CBP removes certain restrictions on flights to and from Cuba

    CBP adopts a final rule removing certain restrictions and reporting requirements on flights to and from Cuba. CBP determined that some restrictions were redundant in light of robust reporting requirements that apply generally to all international flights, and others were unnecessary in light of regulatory changes adopted by the Departments of Treasury and Commerce.
