CBP issues guidance on implementing DACA termination

    CBP guidance describes the process that its personnel should follow when encountering a DACA-eligible individual or an individual claiming DACA status. The memo makes clear that individuals who do not have a DACA application accepted for processing by September 6, 2017 should be processed according to normal procedures, even if they would earlier have been eligible for DACA.
