CBP proposes revisions to Form I-736, Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Information

    CBP published a notice and request for comments on revisions to Form I-736, Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Information. This notice allows for 30 days of public comments. This proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on January 18, 2024, as part of an Interim Final Rule amending regulations on the Guam-CNMI visa waiver program, and allowing for a 60-day comment period.

    The proposed revisions will migrate the form from a paper I–736 to a mandatory automated environment. The automation will facilitate CBP to gather information on travelers from Guam-CNMI Visa Waiver Program countries to determine their admissibility to enter Guam or the CNMI.
