SEVP Policy Guidance: Use of Electronic Signatures and Transmission for the Form I-20

This SEVP Policy Guidance recognizes that the use of electronic signatures and transmission of the Form I-20 due to COVID-19 reduced burdens on students, designated school officials (DSOs), and their respective institutions and avoided disruptions in enrollment and education.
