June 14, 2018DOS is requesting comments on revisions to Form DS-7655, Iraqi Citizens and Nationals Employed by Federal Contractors and Grantees. Among the proposed changes include changing the title of the last section to “Confidentiality Statement and Paperwork Reduction Act Statements.” Form DS-7655 is used to verify the employment of Iraqi citizens and nationals for the processing and adjudication of refugee, asylum, special immigrant visa, and other immigration claims and applications. The format for compiling the information will be the DOS's myData application. Contracting officers and Grants officers will distribute the DS–7655 by email to contractors, grantees and cooperative agreement partners under their authority. [ID #895]
