A leaked draft memo details DHS's interest in more closely scrutinizing Sunni Muslim communities and individuals, suggesting "substantial benefits from the United States efforts that scrutinize visa renewals, immigrant benefit applications, travel plans," among others, in order to identify "individuals who might be vulnerable to terrorist narratives."
