    DHS is reportedly increasing its reliance on medical and psychological records to make decisions regarding children, according to a Vox investigation. Doctors and social workers have long provided care to undocumented children held by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR); childrens' disclosures to care providers could now be used against them.
