2025.02.15 - The New York Times: Adams to Sue Trump Administration Over Clawback of Migrant Shelter Funds
The New York Times reports that NYC Mayor Eric Adams intends to file suit against the Trump Administration by February 21, 2025, over the revoked $80 million in congressionally appropriated FEMA funding. The mayor's office sent a letter to the city comptroller stating that the Law Department is in the process of "drafting litigation papers."
