    2025.10.20 Complaint - Doe v. Noem

Seven Syrian TPS holders filed a putative class action lawsuit against DHS Secretary Noem challenging the "unlawful termination of the TPS designation for Syria," arguing that the country remains in a dire humanitarian crisis due to its ongoing civil war. The plaintiffs seek declaratory relief that the termination is an unlawful violation of the APA and the Fifth Amendment, and an injunction. Doe v. Noem, 25-cv-8686 (S.D.N.Y.).
