DOJ and DOS sign agreement on employer visa misconduct

    The Departments of Justice's Civil Rights Division and the State Department's Bureau of Consular Affairs sign an information-sharing agreement, memorialized in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), regarding employer discrimination and fraud in the visa system. In addition to sharing information, the agencies also agree to provide technical assistance and training to one another. [ID #483]
