DOJ proposes to collect human trafficking data from state and territory AG offices

    The DOJ Bureau of Justice Statistics proposes the creation of a new form, Survey of State Attorneys General Offices- Human Trafficking (SSAGO-2). The form would require state AGs or deputy attorneys within the state and territory attorneys general offices who work on human trafficking matters to report on staffing, numbers/types of human trafficking matters dealt with in the office, the sources of referrals, and more.
