    DOJ provides notice and requests public comments regarding proposed revisions to Form EOIR–26, Notice of Appeal from a Decision of an Immigration Judge. An appeal from an Immigration Judge’s decision is taken by completing the Form EOIR–26 and submitting it to the Board. DOJ published the 60-day notice twice - once on May 1, 2019 and again on May 7, 2019. The 30-day notice and request for comment was published on July 23, 2019. [ID #979]
