DOL plans to propose a rule amending H-2B regulations on certain jobs

    DOL's Employment and Training Administration and Wage and Hour Division and USCIS state that they plan to jointly amend regulations regarding the H-2B visa program. The NPRM will propose standards and procedures for employers seeking to hire foreign temporary nonagricultural workers for certain itinerant job opportunities, including entertainers and carnivals and utility vegetation management.
