DOL plans to propose a rule treating foreign labor certifications as covered nonprocurement transactions

    The Department states that it plans to issue an NPRM to add foreign labor certifications as covered nonprocurement transactions for government debarment and suspension purposes. DOL also states its intention to propose conforming regulations, including a separate NPRM to amend the foreign labor certification regulations. [ID #531]
