DOS also newly designated certain organizations and individuals as terrorists, including: Harakat Sawa'd Misr (and Other Aliases), Fuad Ahmad Nuri Ali al-Shakhan (effective date January 6, 2021, rather than December 22, 2020), Isma'il Fu'ad Rasul Ahmed (effective date January 6, 2021, rather than December 22, 2020), Muhammad Abbatay (effective date January 6, 2021, rather than December 22, 2020), and Sultan Yusuf Hasan al-`Arif (effective date January 6, 2021, rather than December 22, 2020).
