DOS tightens visa restrictions for Chinese Communist Party members

    DOS limits travel into the U.S. for CCP members, their spouses, and their children under age 21. Specifically, travel visas (B-1, B-2, or B-1/B-2) for such individuals are newly limited to one month, single entry. This policy change was made through the addition of a country specific footnote to the State Department Reciprocity Schedule for China.
