President Trump issues Executive Order (EO) 14188, "Additional Measures to Combat Anti-Semitism," reaffirming and expanding EO 13899, "Combatting Anti-Semitism," from December 11, 2019.

Of relevance, section 3(e) directs the Secretaries of the Department of State, Education, and Homeland Security to include in their reports under this EO "recommendations for familiarizing institutions of higher education with the grounds for inadmissibility under 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)." This is so that institutions of higher education may monitor and report activities conducted by non-citizen students and staff relevant to those grounds and ensure that such reports lead, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law, to investigations and, if warranted, actions to remove such individuals.
