February 5, 2025EOIR Acting Director issued PM 25-19 (Amended), "EOIR's Anti-Fraud Program." PM 25-19 is intended to re-invigorate the anti-fraud program to combat immigration fraud, particularly asylum fraud. The program will provide resources that will allow employees to identify and report fraud, to coordinate with investigative authorities, and to take action against the fraudulent activities of attorneys and accredited representatives. The memo directs all EOIR employees to familiarize themselves with the prior Trump memo on this topic, PM 19-07, and "to cooperate fully" with the Anti-Fraud Program and EOIR Disciplinary Counsel.
