EOIR issued a 60-day notice and request for comments on proposed revisions to the OCAHO E-Filing Portal, which has been in development since 2018. The changes would streamline user navigation, enhance clarity within the Portal, and enable form fields to auto-populate upon upload of certain completed EOIR forms. Comments will be accepted through May 20, 2024.
