EOIR issues guidance on denying asylum to southern border EWIs

    The EOIR Director issues guidance implementing the President's "mass migration" proclamation, prohibiting asylum to anyone who crosses the southern border and enters without inspection (EWI). The prohibition includes unaccompanied children (UACs).
