  Placement and Transfer of Unaccompanied Alien Children Into ORR Care Provider - Extension Request

  On December 18, 2020, ORR requested to continue the information collection about placement and transfer of unaccompanied minors into ORR care facilities that was originally approved for emergency use for six months. ORR has provided the public with a 30 day comment period.

  The components of the information collection request include the following forms:

  Placement and Transfer of UAC Into ORR Care Provider Facilities

  On January 19, 2021, ORR invited public comments on revisions to the approved information collection. The revisions changed content in Forms P-5, P-7, P-9A, P-9B, and P-10A, including gathering additional information about topics such as family separation, enrollment in MPP, and criminal history. Comments are due within 60 days of publication.

  ORR also plans to add four new instruments to the collection:

  1. Influx Transfer Request (Form P-10B)
  2. Family Group Entity (Form P-15)
  3. Influx Transfer Manifest (Form P-16)
  4. Influx Transfer Manual and Prescreen Review (Form P-17)
