    Section 4 of EO 14159, "Protecting the American People Against Invasion," directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to take all appropriate action to enable the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to set civil immigration enforcement priorities for their components that protect the public safety and national security interests of the American people, including by ensuring the successful enforcement of final orders of removal.
