POTUS issues EO 13928, suspending entry of noncitizens working for the ICC

    President Trump issues Executive Order 13928 suspending the entry of noncitizens who are employed by or acting as agents of the International Criminal Court (ICC) (and their immediate family members). The entry suspension applies to individuals who "have directly engaged in any effort by the ICC to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute any United States personnel without the consent of the United States." The EO also applies sanctions to such individuals.
