POTUS issues memorandum ordering creation of a National Vetting Center

    In a Presidential Memorandum, President Trump announces plans to establish a national vetting center that will "coordinate and use intelligence and other information to identify individuals who present a threat to national security, border security, homeland security, or public safety." The memorandum requires that the Departments of State, Defense, Homeland Security, as well as the Attorney General and others, provide updates detailing the progress made in establishing the center "within 180 days."
