Legal clinics at NYU and Cornell filed a complaint with the Department of Homeland Security Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, "seeking an investigation of, and corrective action to address, retaliatory immigration enforcement by officials within the Department of Homeland Security" against immigration activists.
