September 19, 2025USCIS issued a notice and request for comments on the reinstatement and proposed change of Form I-356, Request for Cancellation of a Public Charge Bond. Changes include amending the instructions for Form I-356, as well as Form I-356 itself, to grant DHS the ability to share reported information "where necessary for the administration and enforcement of U.S. immigration law."
Comments are accepted for 60 days until November 18, 2025.
