    NBC News reports that President Trump's senior adviser Stephen Miller led the meeting, which included eleven of the President's senior advisers and cabinet officials. They voted by show-of-hands to separate immigrant families as part of the administration's "zero tolerance" policy. A sea of hands went up. Nielsen kept hers down. It was clear she had been outvoted.
