USCIS releases criminal record data about DACA requestors

    USCIS releases data regarding arrests and apprehensions among the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) requestor population. The data contains both criminal and civil information of those approved and denied under DACA. The data indicates that nearly 60,000 DACA requestors had arrest records, which included offenses such as drunk driving, assault and battery, rape, and murder, among others.
