September 21, 2018USCIS seeks comment on proposed substantive revisions to Form I-602, Application by Refugee for Waiver of Inadmissibility Grounds. In addition to several substantive revisions to Form I-602, USCIS is changing the title of this information collection from “Application by Refugee for Waiver of Grounds of Excludability” to “Application by Refugee for Waiver of Inadmissibility Grounds.” Data collected on the Form I-602 is used by USCIS to determine eligibility for waivers and to report to Congress the reasons for granting waivers.
