USCIS News Alert: USCIS Extends and Expands Suspension of Premium Processing for H-1B Petitions to Reduce Delays
On August 28, 2018, USCIS announces an extension of the suspension until February 19, 2019, as well as an expansion of its coverage to include additional types of H-1B petitions. Starting on June 10, 2019, USCIS will accept 15-day premium processing requests for all remaining FY 2020 H-1B cap cases. View Document
