USCIS will now email notifications for receipt and approval to H-2A petitioners and will use pre-paid mailers provided by H-2A applicants to send requests for evidence.

    USCIS will send email notifications of receipt and approval to email addresses provided by H-2A petitioners and emails provided by their attorneys at no charge. USCIS will also continue to send notices by mail and to update the case status online. H-2A applicants will also be able to submit two prepaid mailers to expedite delivery of final decision notice and any request for evidence (RFE). [ID #497]
