DHS proposes new system of records "DHS/ALL-046 Counterintelligence Program"

    DHS proposes to establish a new system of records (SORN) titled "DHS/ALL– 046 Counterintelligence Program System of Records" to allow DHS to collect and maintain records as part of the unified Counterintelligence Program across the Department. DHS will use the system to facilitate counterintelligence functions including analysis, production, collections, investigative activities, operations, and functional support. This new system became effective upon publication. New routine uses became effective January 13, 2021. [ID #1257]
