    EOIR issues final rule to conform to changes made by the Northern Mariana Islands U.S. Workforce Act of 2018, extending the statutory bar for asylum in the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2030. [ID #132]
