DOL allows State Workforce Agency (SWA) to upload responsive documents for H-2A or H-2B applications

  1. Original Date Announced

    October 27, 2017

DOL changes iCERT to allow SWA staff to upload supporting documents (e.g., housing certification) for H-2A agricultural and H-2B nonagricultural temporary visa programs. OFLC expects that this new feature will ultimately eliminate the need for the SWAs to submit responsive documents via U.S. mail, e-mail or facsimile, and result in a more expedient review of the employer's pending H-2A or H-2B application.
