DOL and DOJ increase collaboration on employer discrimination and abuse

    DOL's Employment and Training Administration and DOJ's Civil Rights Division sign an MOU regarding employer discrimination against U.S. workers and noncompliance with labor certification requirements. Under the agreement, both agencies agree to share information with and refer relevant cases to one another. [ID #520]
