DOJ and USCIS increase cooperation to detect fraud by employers

    DOJ and USCIS announce a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that expands their collaboration to detect and eliminate fraud, abuse, and discrimination by employers that sponsor foreign visa workers. The MOU will increase the ability of the agencies to share information and make inter-agency case referrals for investigation and prosecution of employers who may be discriminating against U.S. workers and/or violating immigration laws.
