DOL limits its discretionary power in certifying U, T visas

    DOL's Wage & Hour Division issues Addendum 2 to Field Assistance Bulletin No. 2011-1, curtailing its own authority and discretion to certify U and T visas and outsourcing determinations of law and fact to criminal law enforcement agencies. [ID #1322]
