DOL publishes final rule transitioning to electronic advertising for H-2A worker recruitment

    Final rule amends DOL labor certification process for H-2A agricultural workers by eliminating the requirement that every employer advertise its job opportunity in a print newspaper, and replaces it with a requirement to post an electronic advertisement on a website, while also expanding the Department’s electronic job registry and utilizing more outreach activities.
