EOIR implements electronic system for legal providers to be included on List of Pro Bono Legal Service Providers

    EOIR seeks approval to implement an electronic system for legal service providers seeking to be included on the List of Pro Bono Legal Service Providers via Form EOIR-56, in addition to maintaining the paper version of the EOIR Form–56. Use of the electronic system will be mandatory, and the paper collection should only be used when the electronic system is unavailable. The List provides names of organizations, referral services, and attorneys available to provide pro bono legal services to indigent persons in immigration court proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
