January 31, 2017EOIR announces new case processing priorities focused on: (i) all detained individuals; (ii) unaccompanied children in ORR care who do not have an identified sponsor; and (iii) individuals released on Rodriguez bonds.
EOIR will no longer prioritize cases involving: (i) all other unaccompanied children; (ii) adults with children released on ATD; (iii) adults with children who were initially detained but subsequently released; and (iv) recent border crossers who were detained but later released.
