On September 16, 2021, the Director of EOIR issued Policy Memorandum 21-28, rescinding Policy Memorandum 21-07. In order to allow for more timely dissemination of changes to the codes or their definitions, all updates after this PM will be published directly in an Appendix to the EOIR Policy Manual with a corresponding entry in the Table of Changes. Accompanying PMs will not be issued.
