Update to BIA Practice Manual imposes page limits on briefs and motions, time limit on briefing extensions

    EOIR updates the BIA Practice Manual to impose a 25-page limit on briefs and motions, The update also imposes a 21-day limit on briefing extensions in non-detained cases. The affected passages of the Practice Manual are catalogued on the first page of the Table of Changes at the end of the document.
