POTUS issues EO 13802, removing three-week timeline requirement for consular non-immigrant visa interviews

    Executive Order 13802 deletes section 2(b)(ii) of EO 13597, which set the requirement that 80% of consular non-immigrant visa interviews occur within three weeks of receipt of application. [ID #686]
