ORR proposes changes to minor health forms to expand data sharing with DHS

    The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) issued a notice of proposed information collection activity that seeks to restructure and revise certain forms relating to minors’ health data. The changes also expand the purposes of data to permit data sharing with DHS when a child in ORR custody has been identified by DHS for removal. Shared information includes: the child's identifying information, diagnoses, allergies, current medications and dosages, isolation/quarantine requirements, health-related accommodations, and health-related travel restrictions.
