POTUS issues Executive Order requiring agencies to assess contractor use of temporary foreign workers

    POTUS issues an executive order that requires agencies (1) to review within 120 days of the order the hiring practices of their contractors and assess the impact of those practices on American labor and national security; and (2) to take measures within 45 days of the order to protect U.S. workers from "any adverse effects" of the employment of H-1B visa holders.
