Report that State Department plans to pay Mexico $20 million to deport unauthorized immigrants

    The State Department reportedly notifies Congress that it intends to re-program $20 million in foreign assistance funds to help Mexico deport as many as 17,000 people in the country without authorization (generally Central Americans trying to travel through Mexico to the United States).
