USCIS announces expansion of InfoMod program

    USCIS announces pilot roll-out of Information Services Modernization Program (InfoMod) as an online support service to replace self-scheduling of InfoPass in-person appointments in six field offices, with more field offices set to implement change in FY2019-Q1. USCIS anticipates expanding the web-based program to all remaining field offices by the end of FY 2019. [ID #741]
