USCIS announces lottery for H-2B visas

    USCIS announces a lottery to award the remaining 15,000 H-2B visas allocated for FY 2018. The lottery is required because USCIS increased the H-2B cap by 15,000, and that cap was exceeded within the first five days in which USCIS accepted petitions. No additional petitions will be accepted. [ID #514]
