USCIS used a computer-generated random-selection process to select petitions for FY 2019 cap of 4,999 for the CW-1 program for Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. CW-1 petitions exceeded the number of visas available for FY 2019 so lottery was used to apportion visas. [ID #509]
