- Form G-325A, Biographic Information (for Deferred Action)
- Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
- I-485 Supplement A, Adjustment of Status Under Section 245(i)
- Form I-485 Supplement J, Confirmation of Valid Job Offer or Request for Job Portability Under INA Section 204(j)
- Form I-918, Petition for U Nonimmigrant Status

A lawsuit for declaratory and injunctive relief under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to challenge USCIS's policy of publishing new editions of immigration forms with no notice and requiring their use immediately with no grace period. USCIS revises policy and provides a grace period for new form edition
USCIS announced that the agency will provide a grace period for stakeholders to begin using the new edition (01/20/2025 edition) of certain forms, as follows:
Starting 3/24/25, USCIS will only accept the 01/20/25 edition of the following forms. Until then, stakeholders can use the prior edition(s) of these forms.
- Form I-356, Request for Cancellation of Public Charge Bond
- Form I-914, Application for T Nonimmigrant Status
- Form I-941, Application for Entrepreneur Parole
Starting 4/3/25, USCIS will only accept the 01/20/25 edition of the following forms. Until then, stakeholders can use the prior edition(s) of these forms.
- Form I-485 Supplement J, Confirmation of Valid Job Offer or Request for Job Portability Under INA Section 204(j)
- Supplement A to Form I-485, Adjustment of Status Under Section 245(i)
- Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
- Form G-325A, Biographic Information (for Deferred Action)
